Apper Cloud Labs was founded in 2019 by Diwa “Wawi” del Mundo, headquartered in Metro Manila. Since day one, the mission has been consistent: give SMBs the same quality of cloud architecture and technology strategy that only large enterprises could previously afford.
We don't believe technology should be confusing, expensive to manage, or something that only big companies can do well. The right cloud setup, the right AI agent, or the right technology strategy can change the trajectory of a business. We make that accessible.

Wawi holds all 13 AWS certifications — a distinction held by fewer than a handful of practitioners in the Philippines — alongside CISSP, CCSP, and Google Cloud credentials. He brings over a decade of hands-on cloud architecture experience to every engagement.
Before founding Apper Cloud Labs, he worked on large-scale cloud infrastructure projects across Southeast Asia and built a reputation for turning complicated, expensive cloud environments into lean, reliable ones.
He is based in Metro Manila and works directly with every client — not a sales team.
